Ziplytica sells monthly (or annual) ZIP territory subscriptions—Shared from $199/mo, Premier from $399/mo, Exclusive from $1299/mo—so one brokerage (or a capped set of brokerages) owns permit- and Firston Sight–driven lead flow in a ZIP. Included monthly credits (80 / 180 / 300) power Firston Sight property adds, Instant Trace, LLC pierce, postcards, and letters; Exclusive Firston Sight adds are complimentary up to a monthly allowance.
