Ziplytica operates on a strict month-to-month ledger with no long-term contracts. If an allocation is surrendered, the seat is immediately released back to the open market. You forfeit your locked pricing rate, and any future re-entry is subject to the current accelerated market rate.

If a brokerage claims a Shared seat, that ZIP is locked into the Shared model for up to 5 other competitors.
