Acquisition Parameters

Ziplytica valuations are algorithmically modeled in real time. The floor price is determined by active permit volume and historical Capex yields in the ZIP. As brokerages claim seats within that territory, the algorithm accelerates pricing for the remaining seats based on market saturation.
Ziplytica operates on a strict month-to-month ledger with no long-term contracts. If an allocation is surrendered, the seat is immediately released back to the open market. You forfeit your locked pricing rate, and any future re-entry is subject to the current accelerated market rate.
Each tier provides a monthly credit allocation. Usage scales precisely: 1 Credit = 1 Skip Trace, 2 Credits = 1 Postcard, and 3 Credits = 1 Handwritten Letter.
Every paid tier includes browser and PWA CRM access so your team can claim leads, skip trace owners, and work permit opportunities from one workflow. Shared and Premier include ready-to-send postcard and letter templates plus lead alert emails. Exclusive adds customized handwritten letter copy for flagship ZIP outreach.
No. The Exclusive Tier is a total territory buyout. Once a brokerage secures the Exclusive allocation for a ZIP code, that territory is locked. Competing brokerages are barred from entry, and 100% of qualified permit leads route directly to your Manager Command Center for the duration of your hold.
The first mover. The first brokerage to claim an open territory permanently dictates its tier model. If a brokerage claims a Shared seat, that ZIP is locked into the Shared model for up to 5 other competitors. To secure an Exclusive buyout, you must acquire the territory before any competing brokerage claims a lower-tier seat.

Delay Yields Territory.

In competitive markets, waiting gives someone else the seat. Claim your ZIP before it fills.
