- What data does Ziplytica include?
- Ziplytica combines commercial and residential building permit leads inside ZIP territories you subscribe to with Firston Sight—on-demand distressed-property signals: pre-foreclosure and foreclosure filings, REO / bank-owned properties, auction properties, tax-delinquent owners, tax and judgment liens, vacant homes, absentee and tired landlords, and probate / inherited properties. Private list Instant Trace is for address lists missing owner contacts (or stale rows)—only in ZIPs you own; 1 credit per match, misses free. Preview ZIP density free at /tools/list-inspector.
- Does Ziplytica provide foreclosure and pre-foreclosure leads?
- Yes. Firston Sight surfaces pre-foreclosure, foreclosure auction, and REO / bank-owned filings from roughly the last 30 days in ZIPs your brokerage owns, alongside standing inventory like tax-delinquent, lien, vacant, absentee-landlord, and probate properties. Each Add includes the property and owner contact details, so agents go from filing to first call in the same workflow. Available in launch metros including Boston, New York City, Washington DC, Chicago, Austin, Phoenix, and Seattle—check your ZIP on the Territories map.
- What is the Manager Command Center?
- The Command Center is the manager home screen. It shows owned ZIPs, active portfolio value, unclaimed permits, available credits, team claim rate, and Firston Sight tools to Add motivated properties to Leads.
- How does the Contact Directory work?
- Every Instant Trace, FoS Add, and LLC pierce your team runs is stored in the Directory with phones, emails, compliance flags, and last-touch outreach history. Agents search enriched contacts and launch outreach without re-running enrichment.
- How do postcards and letters work?
- From the Asset Terminal Outreach tab, choose a postcard or handwritten-style letter template. Ziplytica shows the credit cost, asks you to confirm, and queues the piece through Lob. Mail is charged only after Lob accepts the send.
- How many credits does each tier include?
- Shared includes 80 credits per month, Premier 180, and Exclusive 300. Adding a motivated-seller property with Firston Sight costs 2 credits, an owner lookup on your own list costs 1, unmasking an LLC owner costs 5, a 4×6 postcard costs 4, and a handwritten-style letter costs 5. On Exclusive, Firston Sight Adds are free up to roughly 2,500 properties per ZIP each month, then 2 credits each.
- Does Ziplytica include onboarding help?
- Yes. The workspace ships with a built-in assistant: a role-based getting-started checklist, guided tours of the queue, pipeline, and Command Center you can replay anytime, and an AI chat that answers product questions and drafts compliant outreach copy for claimed leads.
- Is Ziplytica a PropStream alternative?
- Yes. PropStream is list search and export. Ziplytica is a PropStream alternative for desks that want Own the Zip seats, live building-permit leads, Firston Sight Adds, Instant Trace on owned ZIPs, and mail from one credit ledger—without buying another stale dump.
- How is Ziplytica different from PropStream or CoStar?
- PropStream optimizes list search and export. CoStar optimizes CRE research. Ziplytica optimizes territory execution: Own the Zip seats, live permits, Firston Sight, private-list Instant Trace, and mail from one credit ledger—so desks jump ship from stale list buys and fragmented tools.
- Who owns a ZIP territory on Ziplytica?
- Your brokerage. Shared seats cap how many brokerages can operate in a ZIP, Premier is scarcer, and Exclusive means only one brokerage owns that ZIP. Permit and Firston Sight leads in an owned ZIP route to that desk—not a county-wide list anyone can buy.
