Firston Sight: Distress Leads on the ZIPs You Own

product guide3 min readAug 2, 2026

Pre-foreclosure, tired landlords, tax delinquent, vacant, probate — on demand in ZIPs you own, with owner contacts, in the same queue as permits. Not a nationwide distress warehouse.

Gloss: what Firston Sight means

Firston Sight is Ziplytica’s on-demand distress / seller-motivation layer for a ZIP you own — for example `02127 Firston Sight`. It is also the Command Center portal that adds those properties (with owner contacts) straight into Leads.

Operators will not know the brand name alone. Always gloss it: distress leads — pre-foreclosure, tired landlords, tax delinquent, vacant, probate, and more — on ZIPs you own.

It is not a 50-state warehouse you browse forever. You Own the Zip, then pull what is in that territory. We do not invent lead counts for marketing copy; filing volume moves with the market.

Categories operators already chase

  • Pre-foreclosure / foreclosure filings
  • Tired landlords and long-hold absentees
  • Tax delinquent owners and liens
  • Vacant homes
  • Probate / inherited
  • REO and auction

Those categories are familiar because teams already buy them as static list files. Firston Sight’s difference is on-demand Adds inside seats you control, with contacts attached, next to building permits — not another CSV you clean in Excel.

How it fits the day

  1. Open Firston Sight from Command Center
  2. Review Available counts by category for a ZIP you own
  3. Add properties to Leads — Exclusive seats get complimentary Add capacity (capped); Shared/Premier use credits
  4. Claim, call, or mail without leaving the platform

When a building permit and a distress signal land on the same property, we flag it as a Duel Signal (DS) and pin it high in the queue. That combo is the call most teams want first: an owner under pressure who is also spending on the property.

Positioning that stays honest

No invented lead counts. No “nationwide coverage” claim. Distress on ZIPs you own — next to commercial and residential building permits — in one credit ledger.

List vendors and data platforms may still be part of your stack for research. Ziplytica’s job is the territory operating system: Own the Zip, work permits + Firston Sight + private Instant Trace in one Leads queue. (Vendor features and pricing can change — verify critical details with each vendor.)
