One Queue: Permits, Firston Sight, and Private Lists

product guide3 min readAug 2, 2026

Stop switching tools for permits, distress lists, and skip-trace CSVs. Ziplytica puts building permits, Firston Sight, and Instant Trace private lists into one Leads queue on ZIPs you own.

The tool stack problem

Most teams juggle:

  • A permit feed in one tab
  • A distress list vendor in another
  • A skip-trace upload for the sheet from last weekend’s drive
  • Mail somewhere else

Every hop loses context. The manager cannot see who claimed what. Credits and invoices fragment. Ziplytica’s bet is simpler: Own the Zip, then work one queue.

Why territory seats matter

Shared, Premier, and Exclusive seats decide how many brokerages compete in a ZIP and how Firston Sight Adds are priced (complimentary capacity on Exclusive vs credits on Shared/Premier). The product is not “unlimited nationwide leads.” It is a territory you pay to own, then fill with signals that belong there.

That is also why Instant Trace blocks out-of-territory rows: you are not billed to enrich someone else’s market.

Free front door for messy lists

Before you claim seats, paste a sample into Ziplytica List Inspector. See ZIP density and lookup-ready rows — free, no account, no vendor call on that page.

If the sample clusters in ZIPs you want, claim those seats, import the full file, and Instant Trace only the gaps. If a list vendor already sold you fresh phones, skip re-trace and use Ziplytica for permits + Firston Sight + mail. (Vendor features and pricing can change — verify critical details with each vendor.)

Day-in-the-life sketch

Morning: claim new permit leads in your ZIPs. Midday: open Firston Sight, Add a pre-foreclosure batch with contacts. Afternoon: paste a driving sheet into Import list, Instant Trace the blank phones, drop matched owners into the same queue. Mail and call without exporting to three other tools.
