Launch metros include Boston, New York City, Washington DC, Chicago, Austin, Phoenix, and Seattle; search your ZIP on the Territories map for live availability.

Do Firston Sight leads include owner contact information?

Yes. Every Firston Sight Add lands with the owner’s available contact details attached — sourced through licensed national property-data and skip-trace providers. When a property is held by an LLC, you can unmask the entity to reach the principal on title. Contacts accumulate in your brokerage’s Directory with compliance flags, so agents know what they can dial before outreach.

What is a Duel Signal?

A Duel Signal is a property flagged with both building-permit activity and a Firston Sight distress signal — for example, a pre-foreclosure filing on a property that just pulled a renovation permit. It is the highest-priority lead type and shows a Duel badge in your Leads queue so your team works it first.

What does Firston Sight cost?

Firston Sight uses your tier’s monthly credits — the same balance as owner lookups and direct mail. Adding a property costs 2 credits on Shared and Premier. On Exclusive, Adds are complimentary up to a monthly cap per ZIP, then 2 credits each.

Can I bring my own address list?

Accepted Answer

Yes — especially lists that are missing owner contacts or have stale phones. Upload CSV/Excel in Import list (Command Center) and Instant Trace only against ZIPs you own: 1 credit per matched hit, misses and repeat lookups free. Out-of-territory addresses are blocked and never billed. Preview which ZIPs your list clusters into for free (no account) with Ziplytica List Inspector at /tools/list-inspector. If a list tool already sold you fresh contacts, you usually do not need to re-trace those rows.

How is Ziplytica Instant Trace different from PropStream or CoStar contacts?

PropStream and CoStar sell broad list search with contacts attached. Ziplytica Instant Trace is territory-scoped execution: fill missing or stale contacts on lists you already have, only in ZIPs your brokerage owns, then work them next to permits and Firston Sight in one credit ledger. We do not position Instant Trace as a national distress-contact warehouse.

How do I get notified when new leads arrive?

Open Settings → Notifications. Turn on Email for a once-a-day summary when new claimable leads land in your territories. Turn on Phone & browser alerts if you want short notices on your computer or phone (add Ziplytica to your home screen for the best experience). Text alerts are not included yet.

Will I get flooded with alerts?

No. New-lead email is capped at one summary per day when there is something to claim. Phone and browser alerts stay short and only fire when you have opted in.

What if my target ZIP is not currently available?

Ziplytica is not nationwide yet. If your target ZIP is not currently active, you can submit a market request from the Territories page. Requested markets can be prioritized as coverage expands and sourcing criteria are met.

No. Ziplytica is currently limited to supported ZIPs and markets. Coverage and feature availability depend on current data availability in each market.
